Here’s my story...
I hope you can truly feel this ...
After finding my little boy unconscious & floating in my pool whilst unpacking boxes .. I was able to resuscitate him and save his life !!!
I felt so blessed & needed to shout from the rooftops & so I decided to jump into the unknown, overcome fears & gave up my 17 years of engineering to develop a program where others could learn from my mistakes whilst gaining a Nationally recognised first aid certificate as well ..
After also overcoming 81/2 years of full on treatment when diagnosed with 2 auto immune diseases, using a holistic approach, I’m now blessed to regain my health & as such help many others do the same also, sharing how I achieved this through nutrition, diet, exercise, willingness to heal as well as clearing emotional traumas & spiritual healings !
I now also help others see the gifts in times of trauma & how it comes to wake us enlightened souls up .. we just have to see this ..
that is, help them discover their purpose but without the adversity to wake them up ..
If we can catch the limiting belief & the fears & patterns before a major trauma ... we can absolutely ensure to be guided onto the right path without the trauma to wake us up ........

Tomorrow is the eve from when I said farewell to the most influential person in my life.. My Pop . Now 3 years ago .. he showed me love 💕 & supported me no matter what & showed me what unconditional love truly is & what to expect !
He was both my Mum & my Dad & did the best job he could.. even took me for my first bra shop... taught me how to brush my hair & Im sure at times it was uncomfortable for him but for him ...he didn’t mind & did it anyway in the absence of a Mum ...
He chose me & adopted me & lived up to the expectations of a Dad !
He worked a lot & when away is when I suffered but when he was around I was safe , supported, loved & felt free !
How do you thank someone who is that to you & offers you this gift ?
I’m so grateful as being left at a hospital, I could have ended up anywhere !
Since his passing it’s been hard but it’s also been amazing as unbelievable , unexplainable & unexpected miracles have shown up in my life most days !
I feel guided& protected & every day is exciting as I feel his energy all around me !
To have him everywhere is my blessing!
Two weeks after his passing, I was guided to sign up for Tony Robbins Leadership Academy which has been a blessing & I’ve met & helped some incredible people as a result !
Last weekend, unbelievable coincidences came about which opened up a tremendous opportunity to not only attend but be in presence of greatness with Prethargi who founded the O & O Academy in India of which I know there’s more with her BUT what happened there was an absolute miracle that could only be set up in higher power of enlightenment!
I had the incredible opportunity to ask a question during the Event about the health of our daughter & then at the conclusion of the event we were given the opportunity for everyone to participate in a joint photo with her !
Whilst on the stage, I knew a miracle was about to happen as my eyes were filled with tears as the song I chose to wheel my Pop out at the incredible guard of honour when he left the gorgeous Hopewell Hospice here on the Gold Coast for the last time.. “Return to Innocence “ by Enigma played !
I could feel him & I felt his presence as he set up an incredible opportunity not many received to sit on the couch with her as she gazed into my eyes & held my shoulder, sending so much energy & love 💕 as she mentioned... you are the Mum !
Tears flowed as she continued the gaze & invited me to go to India which is the spiritual Capital of the World!
It was such an incredible experience I’ll never forget at that moment & know it was meant to be in my path & my beautiful Pop set it all up for me as he knows my gifts & what I offer as he always has & my love for him is so strong & I feel so blessed he chose me & set this up for me !
I will continue to rise up, grow,realise my gifts & shine my light to the world as not only Do I have his love & support but also my identical twin .. So powerful!

Straight from my heart ....
Here’s some more pics from last night as Carson receives his Graduation Certificate... another milestone we’ve been so blessed to witness when several times we’ve come very close to not seeing !
Carson , like many is a very bright , mischievous, curious little boy which are great attributes to possess, however .. those combinations together when little can breed to disaster of which did occur several times for us!!
He certainly has kept me on my toes & most of his major incidents ranging from the drowning, massive drug overdose, car incidents plus a whole tonne more (almost everything needed to be taught when delivering First Aid, we be experienced first hand.. mainly with him ) & it’s Been when I’m the only one around ?
I’ve really had to tune into my gps system, my intuition to listen & know if things are happening as sometimes you cannot or are not with your kids 24 hours a day & trust me ..20 seconds can change your life forever !!
That’s one of the most important things I teach as everything for me was that way .. not being there to witness whilst but dealing with it later & so blessed as he’s still with us .we are still witnessing these incredible milestones, so something must be working right ?
What I’ve learnt is that whilst we are so busy in life , this can cause us to miss what we are meant to see & if missed .. I know my life would be completely different !!
How then , do u see & hear & know to listen ?
By creating space each day to just not be busy . I use meditation just for a few minutes but it’s anything where your mind is still ..
This then allows what u need to see come into your heart so u can feel it & see things that then cause u as it’s so magnetic or such a compulsion to go and look !!
That’s what I’ve done .. is it worth spending time on you to help u be prepared and more aware ? Absolutely!!
These are some of the things u learn whilst being a participant in any of my training I deliver .. real life skills used from experience that have worked whether in my Cpr/First Aid Training or my mindset/energy/personal development training !!!

Just having a rant .. just been watching 60 minutes story on the sexual allegations through the Church where the pastor admitted & it was swept under the carpet & the poor guy is supposed to just move on & forget whilst the Pastor gets away with it !!
This makes my blood boil !!
So many of us in the military & Im sure, other Organisations suffered the same & in fact .. my case in 1991, the perpetrator was found guilty on many counts & I must say .. I was only 19 whereas he was my boss & maybe looked like over 60 !
He used his superiority & my naive & nice nature to do what he wanted !
Every day for 12 months, I lived in fear & then confided in a friend whilst at breaking point ..
she couldn’t handle it so got authorities involved & then after investigations went to Court Marshall !
Even though he was found guilty, his punishment was for us to be never posted on the same base in which I was immediately posted (to protect the Boy club I felt )
Many years after that , a career change , living de facto with Matt, they stuffed up & we were posted in the same base !
When it was realised, I again was immediately posted away but this time separated from Matt for ten months until he decided to go on Leave without pay to join me ..
I did my best to put this whole experience behind me but everytime an obstacle came up , id find myself feeling upset again by this injustice!
Recently it came up again & finally I was offered counselling but mainly so they could say they’ve done something & it was then expected to not take legal action ..
Being a coach myself, the coach coaching me was all about seeing the beauty as I too have done & tried hard to move on,but seeing this Story just now, I’m reminded & again upset at the injustice & realise again .. As much as I’ve always searched for the beauty & truly tried to not allow it to define me . I’m hurting & find it’s not fair !
I mean .. he took the punishment he was given but was the punishment adequate, considering how much it affected a naive, young girl from the country ?
I’m sure I have opened a can of worms & there’s so many have been affected by abuse & harassment & expected to move on, but why should we just be expected to forget?
I’ve forgiven him & send him love & have undertaken so much healing , counselling, coaching over the years but obviously I’m still hurting!
I know my late Pop was so upset with the lack of respect & trust from such a high profile Organisation & thank goodness he’d never met the perpetrator.. He’s passed now & took that with him to his grave & was still hurting over it too !
You see .. the affects as you know, don’t just affect me, but the affects affect family members, partners, children & the list goes on !
Why do they feel this can be just swept under the carpet & we expected to just carry on?
Would love to hear your thoughts & yes .. this is something I don’t often share as I try to always be optimistic but there are times like right now that are triggers !
Look at to hearing your thoughts or experiences too as this subject should not be pushed aside as our feelings matter !

So I can launch into Summer feeling 10-20 years younger than my normal age !
I always usually get complimented on my youthfulness now which is flattering ..
But ...
Since I’m heading closer to 48 ...
I really wanna reverse the clock even more !
So to say I’m proud of my progress to date ?
That’s most definitely an understatement!
But ..
Those of you who truly know me know that ...
I never Do things by halves..
I’m either in or fully in!
& ...
The best thing is ...
I love 💕 to share & help others to feel the same
As ..
Not only does it help me stay accountable & motivated ..
But ..
What lights me up more is ..
Taking others with me !
Serving from a place of genuine interest & Love 💕
To help others succeed
Through coaching & support &

Kokoda Trail.
I’m so grateful..
My life has been so diverse with so many different experiences.. maybe some may never experience..
Times in Papua New Guinea with the incredible Caribou aircraft I used to work on greeting the excited locals in some incredibly mountainous regions ..
The Caribou was one of the only aircraft capable of landing on the short air strips in these regions, known for short take off & landing (STOL capability)
When it comes to the end .. it’s so awesome to reflect on memories just like this ..
I’m proud to have served 17 years in the Royal Australian Air Force & met some incredible people Who will always be life time friends & had many other wonderful experiences just like this , many will just never experience ..
I thought you’d enjoy seeing some of the many things we got up to during my time ..
This was a wonderful experience where I learnt so much about myself & just how strong & capable I am ..
96km carrying my own 25kg pack, with 6 other Air Force personnel & 144 SAS soldiers walking the steps of the Brave soldiers who fought for our freedoms years prior on what is one of the toughest walks in the World 🌎, all 96kms of it ..
It’s so hard to imagine war taking place there in such harsh terrain.,
It truly was a somber experience that Moulded me & I’ll never forget & I’ll always be so grateful for ..
There’s so many things I overcame & learnt about myself during this walk as during tough times you always do if you choose so I can only imagine what those young untrained soldiers learnt during their time ?
History…it’s a part of us & is so incredible to experience & immerse in things like this when given the opportunity..
These photos were when we arrived & then on Day 4 of our journey receiving some necessary supplies to assist us continue our journey which took 8 arduous days ..
I just added some more photos along the journey so you can see how tough the terrain was & how big my pack was compared to my body as well as capturing the feelings when we completed the journey & how proud I was & am as well as having the opportunity to share this journey with others & what I learnt whilst speaking at Events & Schools & the incredible poster some of the children created advising messages they remember that I shared.. this & so much more I learnt about this incredible journey that I captured in my personal diary during that my wonderful husband encouraged me to write every single day whilst on the trek will be shared in yet another inspiring Book I’ll publish in 2023 which is raw & my innermost emotions I had to draw on to complete this journey…

My life has been an incredible adventure & at times I question my own abilities but that’s when I focus on the desired outcome & let go & have faith & do achieve..
